FAQ about IT outsourcing

Over the past years, we have had several meetings with potential clients who have been interested in hearing more about how to outsource dedicated Teams within software development and other IT related tasks. I have gathered some of the concerns that has been expressed to me.

 

The concerns mainly were:

  • Daily management.
  • Recruitment and HR.
  • Retention and staff care.
  • Administration – salaries, premises, hardware, time registration, etc.
  • Courses, continuing education etc.

All marketing towards candidates is done via social media in order to recruit the right developers for you.

We have a SOME department who market CrossWorkers online in Cairo. Together with our Recruitment and HR Department, who participates in job fairs, network groups at the university etc., they make sure that we are on top of minds of the developers when a new job opening is activated.


Initial interviews, screening and testing of potential candidates. We recruit specifically for you!

We do not have people on the bench waiting for you to call. We recruit from scratch each time as we believe that both Skills and Personality is equally important. This is done based on a business plan, which describes your company, what kind of a developer(s) you are looking for, what your long-term plan is, and other relevant information. Based on that information we start our recruitment process in order to find the perfect IT professional for you.

Extra focus when you team is starting up followed by ongoing supervision from a dedicated SDM Team (Service Delivery Management)

We support you on a daily basis with our Service Delivery Team. They make sure to support you and transfer best practice. In that way we secure that, we do not make the same mistake twice with two different clients. They are a “virtual oil” who makes the corporation between clients and team optimal.

Overall we take care of finding the best suitable developers in a market where 50k+ students graduate every year.  As soon as we have interviewed, tested and selected the candidates, we believe will fit into your organization both technically and personally, we present the candidates to you. Normally we end up having 2-3 candidates for each position. We recommend that you meet them all and create your team based on your own findings and the advice from our experienced recruiters. The meeting usually takes place virtually from our office in Cairo where you, the candidate and your dedicated recruiter will meet. Some of our clients prefer to fly to Cairo to do the final interviews, especially if they need more teams. There are direct flights from multiple European and GCC cities to Cairo When you have chosen a candidate or a team you main focus is to ensure the daily communication and project management run smoothly between your local team and your offshore team
