Secondly, from the very start, we were highly attracted to the fact that CrossWorkers’ corporate culture is similar to the way we do business in Denmark. Relaxed, open and at conspicuous level, where we call each other and find a solution right away.
It was great to find a company in Cairo with such a Nordic dimension, and when we paid them a visit, we were positively surprised with the Egyptian culture. The Egyptian developers well attempted to challenge us, say what they meant and ask indiscreet questions. On top of that, the developers we spoke to were very skilled professionals, and we could simply see ourselves working with them.
