5. We will introduce your Egyptian IT development team to your company and other IT-personnel, and usually the Egyptians travel to pay you a visit, so that they personally meet the rest of your IT development team.

PRICING MODEL
You pay a fixed monthly amount to cover your IT- employees’ salaries and workplaces. Included in the amount is, in addition to the salary, our expenses for rent, insurance, office space and IT equipment. The amount is determined on the basis of the employee’s experience and the type of IT job that he/she performs according to our fixed, quite simple pricing model.
Two months notice
You pay from the day your employees start, and we have two months notice period to both parties.
You bear your travel expenses
In addition to our monthly fee, you should calculate travel and accommodation expenses for your own trips to Cairo, and for your Egyptian IT staff travels to you. This is in addition to your own time spent communicating your recruitment needs to us, and taking part in interviews with the candidates we have chosen for you.
Our service is free of charge
Our reliable set-up in Cairo, our extensive recruitment process, ongoing management and coaching of your local IT-development team, our many professional and social events, the ongoing cultural training of your employees and all related services are free of charge.
