In Egypt we have many well educated IT people due to the fact that more than 50.000 IT student graduate from the universities in Cairo, ready to deliver advanced processes and knowledge service. Together with the local sales representative the client makes a business plan and a skills matrix which is being sent to the HR department in Cairo. At CrossWorkers we focus a lot on understanding the customer’s culture and business objectives, as we believe that personality is the most important thing when recruiting. Technical skills naturally have to meet the need – that goes without saying, but if personality is wrong it will never work. In order to completely understand the competences we should recruit, it is important that our Recruitment Team understand our clients’ needs wherefore we also set up a skype meeting with the client, our recruiters and technical management team. After the meeting we start to search for the right candidates. Each application and CV will be read though carefully, we do phone screenings and HR interviews and Technical interviews.  During the process our clients have access to an overview of where we are in the process, who we talked to and who have passed.  In our HR interviews we test personality, language skills and evaluate if candidates will fit into both the clients as well as the CrossWorkers organization.  Based on the first interview we decide which candidates will be going through a theoretical and practical technical interview. The candidates we find fits the client’s needs both technically and personally we present to the client. At this stage all remaining candidates will be able to fill the positions in question – now we are down to the chemistry between the client and candidate.  We always encourage our clients to do the finale interviews in Cairo as a face to face interview.  In some cases it is done via video call from our well-equipped meeting rooms in the Cairo office.  In all cases our Recruitment Team participate and advice our clients throughout the whole process.

It is very important for us to stress that the employee / employees who the client chooses ONLY works for them. We DO NOT share employees between clients.

In order to create an attractive workplace it is also important to us that all our clients’ employees feel that they are part of the CrossWorker family.
