We recommend meeting as often as possible – both in Cairo and in Denmark. It is a great advantage that the Egyptian employee sees what type of business he or she works for. What should the product be used for – Does it look like anything he or she knows? Another advantage is that you can meet outside working hours and maybe have dinner, etc. This is something that strengthens the cooperation and makes it easier when everyday challenges are present themselves. You simply get know each other.

When the cooperation begins, an agreed number of travel days between the two countries are added to the ROI calculation, so travel costs do not come as a surprise. This creates peace of mind.

There are direct flights between Copenhagen and Cairo several times a week – depending on the season, and with 4 hours flight time, it is a reasonable journey. Visa to Egypt is a formality – you simply purchase a visa at the airport. Visa to Denmark is usually reached within 10 days, as we have a red carpet agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
